it was working properly, but recently I am facing this message when shutting down. (..) Can anyone help me?
Either 0) find out what changed between it back then working properly and now failing or
1) give the offending process more time with the "kernel.hung_task_timeout_secs" sysctl or
2) set it to zero (as the following log line you didn't post would have said)?
