Question Unable to detect hard disk in vmware esx server 3.0 red hat

Hi Folks: could someone give a light, i trying to install red hat advace server 4 update 3 in a vmware esx 3 infraestructure, i have a san hitachi ams 200, it could not find the storage, i tried with the internal storage but the same result.
