Anyone have ever used the Tivoli Storage Management (TSM)?
I want to configure the client as well as better understand how it works. The way I see it, it will allow me to configure the tsm client over cron and a sendmail(postfix) or to report to the TSM server. Anyone can give input on this?
Where can I get a manual on advanced configuration of the client.
TSM version 5.1 and the requirenemnts are to report to report to an inhouse server running exchange messaging. So the question is how to configure so the TSM send the email reports to the exchange server, does it relies on sendmail/postfix?
