st0 is a SCSI tape device. It looks like some process has tried to write a single block that is larger than 16 megabytes onto the tape and that this was not successful. Tapes typically have a fixed size data block. Different tape formats have different lengths. Travan TR 5 tapes have a block length of 10,240 bytes. DLT tape drives typically use 32,768 bytes per block.
