Setting up a local update server for Mozilla updates

Looking at the firewall logs for the company I work for a lot of the bandwidth people use is from Firefox checking for and downloading updates from cdn.mozilla.com. Because of the number of installs the same updates are downloaded again and again making for a very inefficient use of bandwidth.

Is it possible to setup a server to cache updates locally and get firefox to check the internal repo first? Something like Microsoft's WSUS would be ideal.
