SAN Error Question - RSCN database changed.

I am getting the following errors about 4 times a day.

scsi(2): RSCN database changed -0x300,0x0.
scsi(2): Waiting for LIP to complete...
scsi(2): Topology - (F_Port), Host Loop address 0xffff

I think the last two lines are a result of the first line.

Does anyone know what the first line would be caused by?
I also wanted to know what the RSCN database is if anyone has an idea.
