RHEL4 up2date problem

Hi,
Today I installed RHEL4 WS in my machine with all packages.
When I click on Redhat Network Alert Notification tool, that asked me me to Update and I was select "Launch Update".
But after 2-3 minutes, it is showing an error like this
" This system may not be updated until it is associated with a channel."

Please give me the solution to update my system.

Thanks & regards

rhel update

Hi.

When i got hold of my rhel4 ES, the company i work for had to pay a
one year subscription fee that entitled me one year's support from RedHat for one computer.

I'm not so sure that RedHat will let you update with-out having
a subscription.

The best way would be to go to RedHat's site and check it out.
http://www.redhat.com

Hope this helps.

Not only do you need a subscription, but your installation must match the subscription. That is, if you have a subscription for ES server, but are running AS server, your server will not associate with any channels.
