RHEL4 Support

So we just purchased 2 copies of RHEL4 ES for our mail and web server. I am having problems with signing onto the RH Network and locating a subscription #. Is there no support # I can call? I thought RHEL I was paying for support however I can't find a single way to contact anyone in regards to our RHEL account.

Can anyone assist me?

I have seen that link and nowhere is there an available contact #. I don't understand why this has to be difficult. I find their subscription / purchasing phone # very easy (not a shocker) but even with that URL, I don't understand how to contact them.

Red Hat telephone support is available for most Red Hat Enterprise Linux platforms. Red Hat provides telephone number per region or country (where available). You can access your Red Hat Technical Support phone number after you sign into www.redhat.com/apps/support You will be required to provide your Red Hat Customer Number for validation of the support service to which you are entitled to as well as the product about which you are calling.
I log into my Redhat account and still I find no trace of a number to call for support.
