Redhat HPC - Java extension to communicate with the HPC

Hi all,
We are building a cluster based application. We are planning to use the Redhat HPC package but have few questions on that.

is there any java extension (The application we are writing is on java ) to the LAVA cluster scheduler. We would like to submit the job and track the process status using Java.
Also, please point me to a good documentation of the Redhat hpc development guide. All i could find was the installation of HPC.

Thanks,
