Red Hat Certification Syllabus

Anyone know where can I get a Red Hat Engineer certification Syllabus. I have been on the Red Hat training site but was unable to retrieve it. I will thank anyone that can provide me a direct link to the page/PDF.

The exam prep guide at https://www.redhat.com/training/rhce/examprep.html covers the skills and topics required for certification. There are also numerous books on the subject if you need more detail.
