can I use proxy with one Ethernet Card?
If yes how?

Why do you need a proxy for one machine access? Are you planning to make a tor router/proxy? The best bet is create one under VM.

um,
generally if you are going to have a proxy setup on your netowrk they have them setup with 2 nics one pluged into your modem/wan connection and the other going into a switch/ router for you other computers to access. you can have as many nics as you want in it if you plan to create DMZ.
is that what you where trying to do?
