Problem with driver SCSI on kernel boot

I have a problem with this host controller QLogic QLA10160 (driver qla1280.ko).
I have two machine with this controller attach on shared disk array.
When I boot the array and the first machine I don't have
a problem. But when I boot the second machine on kernel boot; after load grub and
before load any service the driver qlogic driver exec a scsi_reset and don't find
any disk scsi and after a much time give a many error disks and kernel panic error.

My /etc/modprobe.conf on first machine
alias scsi_hostadapter3 qla1280

My /etc/modprobe.conf on second machine
alias scsi_hostadapter qla1280

I don't find any option for my driver but creed that servant an option in the driver.
Help me!

P.S. When I boot the second machine without the first machine I don't have a problem.

Are you running the same OS and kernel on both servers?
Also are the servers twins....hardware wise?
