Performance tools w/RHAS 3.0

Greetings,

Is there any tools that came with RHAS 3.0 version to show where are "hot spots" on a server?? I am running Linux RHAS 3.0 with Oracle 10g w/RAC - Some of these partitions are OCFS type, and most are presented through HP SANs storage.

Please help since I was tasked to find out why the writes/reads are far below expectation.

Do you know if the kernel settings were switched from the defaults to the recommended ones for Oracle. See this link for recommended kernel settings.
