Mail store

I am running Exchange server in my organization. I want to switch to Linux mail server. I setup a server of CentOS and configured the postfix for testing. Everything seems to be working. I download mails to ms outlook as .PST, but I want to store mail in the server like MS Xchange or store a copy of in/out mails in the user home folder. Is it possible in postfix mail server or Linux having any alternatives? Please advice the solution

well this would be nothing to do with postfix itself, as that's only the MTA. Long term storage policies, drafts etc, would be the client interface side, i.e. IMAP4 / POP3 services.
