Linux User management

Greetings all,
User management question, I have 50 CentOS 5.5 servers and over 150 users.
What's the best way to manage network logins?

In the pass with Windows I've used Active Directory, does Linux have something similar?

Thanks in advance

sure, use openldap, that works if you want ldap. you can use AD too as an ldap server if you wish.
