Installing a Qlogic Hardware iSCSI initiator on 2.6.9-34.ELsmp kernel
Hi,
I have installed a Hardware Qlogic QLA4050C on 2.6.9-34.ELsmp kernel and was trying to configure it. After providing the target address, it was showing all the targets available, but only 5 were showing as active and rest all showing as failed
Target ID: 68 IP: x.x.x.x Port: 3260
ISCSI Name: target name

State: Session Failed
I tried resetting the HBA as well as rebooting the server itself, I am able to access only the LUNS available from 5 targets and not from the failed ones.
Not sure whether any log information about the failure?
Can anyone help me in finding it?
