HP's "Quality Center": Create tickets by email?

Hi.

Our organization have been using Quality Center (QS) for a while, and I've just gotten started with it. One feature it lacks is the ability to create and update tickets by email; for example, I'd like to be able to create tickets by respond to a email request with a BCC to QS, which in turn creates the ticket.

Does anyone know if QS support this feature? If not: Is there a perl/shell/python API which I can use to create tickets?

Best regards,
kenneho
