How to monitor the cluster failover event

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up the two nodes cluster on RH5.2 64 bit, but have some issue of how to set up cluster to monitor the following :

1) notify myself and other SA when there is failover happened
2) Send out alert anytime the following shows up in messaging file:

Sep 13 15:03:31 test-q01 cluquorumd[8454]: <err> monitor_cluster_daemons: SM is down!
Sep 13 15:03:31 test-q01 cluquorumd[8454]: <err> monitor_cluster_daemons: SM non-responsive.
Sep 13 15:03:31 test-q01 cluquorumd[8454]: <err> quorumd_body: SM reboot not yet implemented.
Sep 13 15:03:33 test-q01 cluquorumd[8454]: <err> monitor_cluster_daemons: SM is down!
Sep 13 15:03:33 test-q01 cluquorumd[8454]: <err> monitor_cluster_daemons: SM non-responsive.
Sep 13 15:03:33 test-q01 cluquorumd[8454]: <err> quorumd_body: SM reboot not yet implemented

3) Restrict the management web interface with the login.

Thanks in advance for your help.
