how to install new fants in linux


i want to install new fants like korean ie in rel4. Please help me

not gnome it can be apply only Kde if u install graphically then u go to control panel then front otherwise u can install text base
fc-cash
chkfontpath --add /usr/share/fonts/local
ttmkfdir -d /usr/share/fonts/local -o /usr/share/fonts/local/font.scale
service xfx restart
