FTP problem "connection closed by remote host" with RHEL4 and Windows 2003
 

Hi, I encounter "connection closed by remote host" while ftp from win2003 server to my RHEL4 server. Strange thing is that I only get this message halfway ftping and it doesn't happen all the time.
I have multiple batch file in win2003 that does the ftp to my Linux server everyday. Sometimes the file went through without any problem but sometimes I get "connection closed by remote host". This has render the partially received file unusable. This happens randomly among the batches I have.
I'm only using the default ftp service in RHEL4.
I have tried to increase the timeout but it doesn't help. I guess it won't because the file size is only a few MB. I have bigger files that went through without any problem.
