Hi,

I would like to how to find out on which date and time disk quota was increased for user?

AFAIK there isn't an interface for that. You could compare time stamps on quota (backup) files, diff quota files with (remote backup) copies, check changes in past reports if you run any regular quota reporting or check changes reported by any file integrity verification tool if you run any. The obvious problem with file time stamps is they only reflect the time of the last modification and not what content got changed. That's why I use revision control for all configuration files.
