clamav-milter: accept() returned invalid socket
Folks
Running 2.4.21-27.0.4.ELhugemem (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-52) with sendmail using clamav-milter. When things get busy I start getting: lt-clamav-milter: ClamAv: accept() returned invalid socket (Numerical result out of range), try again Have gotten this error since port to linux from Solaris. Also now getting: sendmail[7260]: l435QJ0n007260: Milter (clamav-milter): init failed to open Which may be just sendmail reporting the first error. I saw a similar error in the clamav forum which occurred on BSD and was fixed. Anyone have any knowledge about this error on linux? Thanks |
Personally, I would suggest upgrading to something a little more current (in terms of linux itself). If that doesn’t work, try fiddling with options in /proc/sys/net/ipv4.
Sorry, but that’s all I’ve got. |
