I had the same problem.
I found that one of ccsd service was already running.
[root@vm1 ~]# ps -ef | grep -i ccsd
root 6020 1 0 19:13 ? 00:00:00 /sbin/ccsd
root 6078 5888 0 19:14 pts/2 00:00:00 grep -i ccsd
[root@vm1 ~]# kill -9 6020
then restart cman. It worked.
minimum cluster configuration:
