Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel then stopped

I am using linux kernel 2.6.33...version kernel
My hardware board is at91rm9200dk .
I am using Uboot 1.3.4 version
Compiled and transfered the uImage in to the custom board then it shows
an message and stops is not going ahead

Entry Point: 20008000

Loading Kernel Image ... OK
Starting kernel ...
Uncompressing Linux... done, booting the kernel.
What will be the reason ?
a) Is this problem of Kernel
b) Is this problem of kernel configuration ?
While compiling the kernel

a) what is load address and entry point ....Is there any relation with this problem

Maybe try to force the kernel console by adding the following argument to the kernel: "console=ttyS0,115200", you have to adapt it depending on your tty device name (I'm supposing this board use a serial console).

Reduce the bigphysarea and try. It is the problem with bigphysarea
