RPC stack on embedded linux


I am working on TR-069 ACS developement on my MIPS board with embedded linux ported.
I want to have protocol stack.Stack from down to up is TCP/IP->SSL/TLS->HHTP->SOAP->RPC Methods.
where can I get this open source stack ready to use for doing management application programming?

I have TCP/IP stack on my linux. how can i extend it ahead?

Up to glibc-2.13, RPC was bundled into glibc. After that, there is something called libtirpc. The Crosstool-NG mailing list has had a bit of discussion on the subject.
