qemu: hardware error: integratorcm_read: Unimplemented offset

Sirs,

I am trying to build kernel, filesystem image and simulate generic arm board on qemu.

I have cross-compiling toolchain created with Crosstool-ng:
./ct*ng arm*-unknown-*linux-*uclibcgnueabi

I've created initramfs root file system and successfully tested it with downloaded pre-build kernel image zImage.integrator:
qemu-system-arm -kernel zImage.integrator -initrd initramfs.cpio.gz

Now I am trying to build latest kernel (2.6.35.4) for arm:

make ARCH=arm defconfig
make ARCH=arm menuconfig

In menuconfig I've added the following options:
General Setup --->
Initial RAM filesystem and RAM disk (initramfs/initrd) support
Configure standart kernel features (for small systems)

Kernel features --->
Use the ARM EABI to compile the kernel (allowing also old ABI)

Then I compiled:
make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux-

When I run it with qemu I got the following error:

dave@dave-desktop:~/Embedded/sysdev/arm-test$ qemu-system-arm -kernel zImage -initrd initramfs.cpio.gz

qemu: hardware error: integratorcm_read: Unimplemented offset 0x1f1018

Could anyone advise or give me a hint how to troubleshoot this problem.

Thanks
