pic16c745 shipped with out firmware ? usb enumeration fails

So I made this little circuit so usb can see/talk to pic16c745.

I also have kernel module to read basic information from the device.

Now I have TWO pic16c745,

1-pulled out of pickit.
2-bought from digikey.

1-The one from pickit, when I attached to usb(through the circuit) print vendor id etc in logs. And my kernel module reads all the end points info and every thing.

2-The one from digikey, when attached print one message in the log "usb failed enumerate"

Does that mean it don't have any firmware on it?

IIRC, there's a configuration word programmed somewhere (0x2003h?). That determines what it does. I worked 10 years back with a 16875. They do self programming via a serial type thing, they can/could be programmed with picp and their programmer.

Get a datasheet and find out what's going on. Get fever or break a leg, take the datasheet into hospital with you and read it again & again. Mine was 230 pages approx! You won't solve this here, because I'm not going to read the datasheet for you.
