Thumbs up Newbie for Linux Embedded Software


Hi All

I am newbiew for Linux Embedded. I know basic commands of linux.

I have own PC So i want work with RTOS in real time.

Previously i have worked on QT ,STB, Mobiles in windows. I have been working with QT under linux. But i don't have good exposure in linux kernels and system calls.

AS a embedded Software Engineer ,we have to familiar with LINUX(kernal & system kernals) and RTOS.

I hope ,here one will guide me to get knowledge about Linux and RTOS especially with VxWorks

AFAIK VxWorks is not a linux flavor...
If you need hard real time, AFAIK adeos/xenomai is (one of) the solution to use aside of a linux kernel
