Need support on Colibri products

Hello,

I am using Colibri VF-61 Board.Here I am working on USB Serial Gadget Device.
When I am connecting USB Gadget device to window 7 OS through usb cable.
There is two device appeared
1)RNDIS
2)CDC Serial.
I am not able to install CDC serial device into window.I have used correct INF File for installing this software.
And While installing its Throw Error "Device can not start Code 10".
So Request you to please help me on this.

If you need support with a Colibri product, have you contacted them??? Read the links on the product web page, that deal with this?
