Question MoviNAND partitionoing issue in POSIFLEX RS-2008-PC-A1 driven board

I have been using POSIFLEX EP-2008-IO-A-VER .2 board driven by POSIFLEX RS-2008-PC-A1 board which has Linux (s3c-linux-2.6.24) running on. I have changed the kernel source to view both the SD card and the MoviNAND to appear to the OS and changed the boot mode to SD card by setting the jumpers. When I issue the fdisk commands to partition the MoviNAND the console gives me the following errors while writing the created partition table(after press "w" to save and exit).

mmcblk0 is my MoviNAND

Code:
# fdisk /dev/mmcblk0
...
Command (m for help): n
.....
Command (m for help): n
Command action
   e extended
   p primary partition (1-4)
p
Partition number (1-4): 1
First cylinder (1-31360, default 1): 1
Last cylinder or +size or +sizeM or +sizeK (1-31360, default 31360): 10000

Command (m for help): w

The partition table has been altered!mmc1: Got command interrupt 0x00008000 even though no command operation was in progress.
mmc1: Got data interrupt even though no data operation was in progress.
mmcblk0: error -84 transferring data
end_request: I/O error, dev mmcblk0, sector 3
Buffer I/O error on device mmcblk0, logical block 0
lost page write due to I/O error on mmcblk0
 mmcblk0: unknown partition table

Please somebody tell me what this error is and is it possible to partition the MoviNAND while booting with the SD card
