LinuxQuestions.org - LCD on arm-linux blanks after 10 minutes

Hi,
My LCD screen goes blank after 10 minutes (exactly), and never comes back on. I would like for it to never go blank.
I am running Linux 2.6.27 on Atmel 9261. The LCD is LG-Philips LB035Q02. I am using the framebuffer console in text mode only (no X). Linux console is via serial /dev/ttyS0, but I can output characters on the LCD, e.g. echo "ABCD" > /dev/tty0. Shell is busybox.
