Unhappy Installing Ponyprog 2000 in MAndriva 2010.2

Hi All....
I am using Mandriva 2010.2 and i tried installing Ponyprog2000 by installing it from its site. The problem that i am facing now is i cant be able to install it clearly / neatly. There are three paths given and i am having a doubt that whether have i entered the path correctly.
This is the format of the path to be provided ....
"
HOMEV - should point to your v absolute path
LINUX_HEADERS - should point to your current kernel headers
INSTALL_PREFIX - where to install the executable
"
And i have given ....
"
HOMEV = /home/test3/PonyProg2000-2.07c/v
LINUX_HEADERS = /usr/include/linux
INSTALL_PREFIX = /bin/
"

The error that i am facing is..
"
[test3@earth PonyProg2000-2.07c]$ make
cd v; make vlib
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/test3/PonyProg2000-2.07c/v'
cd srcx ; make
