How to calculates the parameters in tslib to make touch screen work?


Hi all,
Im aving a AT91sam9261 board . I'm aving display with resolution 640x480.
im aving a touchscreen controller. ADS7846/TSC2046. In TSlib what values i have to pass to fies ts.conf for configuration /etc/pointercal for calibration? can anybody tell me what ll b the configuration n calibration parameters i should take care of? i assume tat pointercal value and configuration values are display specific or controller specific? can any one help me in understanding them? thanks for help
