how many times our system reboot or reset from installation.

it depends on what do you want to install.
usually a full system update/upgrade requires a reboot, but otherwise hard to say anything without knowing any details.

This really depends on what is being done, and what you mean by working on the platform. Do you mean that you happen to have an embedded Linux platform and are installing something? For that you should check with the provider of that system. If you are developing software to run on an embedded Linux platform then you should be able to determine whether or not you require a reboot for various changes to your system.

You would likely need to write a logger that runs at startup
and increments a count in a file somewhere.

Dear Friends,

I think my problem misunderstood by reader due to lack of description in my header, sorry for that.
I need total reboot count from fresh Linux(OS) install on my embedded platform.

Regards,
Ghanshyam

Then this is really what you need. Because it sounds like you need to write a private disk or NV area which is not affected by system installs.
