contiki RPL in other linux distribution

HI,

I am using linux in my Omap-l138 board. I want to use the contiki developed IPv6 and RPL protocol in my system. is it possible to get the source from contiki and cross-compile them for my system. How should I inject the complied protocols in my current linux's Tcp/Ip suite?

Thanks,
