Computer Restarts while loading Embedded Thin Client OS

I was having small Thin Client device with embedded Thin Client OS installed on DOM. Due to hardware failure, I removed the DOM of this computer & installed on another hardware. The Original Hardware was AMD Geode & New system is VIA-C3 800 Mhz system.

Now when I start the new computer, the initial flash screen comes & at the bottom the progress bar shows loading of os but when it is 100% complete the system restarts. The DOM is of 128 MB Capacity.

Can any one guide me how to debug this error ?

Can you provide some infos for my queries which I have in my mind?.
What was the problem in your old hardware?
Are you sure, your DOM is working properly now?.
Can you install your thin client in any other media and working properly on your new hardware?.
Any modules problem?. Remove the splash screen and find any clues from text mode.
