Where can I find a small computer or an embedded board that can run a light Linux distro for under $100? I tried norhtec.com, but their computers cannot display on wide screens. So, do I have other options?
Let me more specific! What I have been looking for is a $100 system that includes the following:
1. Board (with CPU & RAM)
2. Small case
3. Power supply (not of those bulky ATX ones)
eBox, Norhtec, and a number of other companies provide such systems. The only thing I could not find is a system that is capable of displaying on wide screens.

How *wide* exactly would you like it to be?
I'm currently working with the MINI2440 with 7" LCD from www.developmentboard.net, to me it seems quit nice so far:
Samsung S3C2440 CPU (arm920t, 400MHz)
64MB SDRAM, 64MB Nand Flash
Small dimension@10x10cm, nice appearance
serial, USBs, ethernet...
Linux and WinCE ready
and the vendor provides really supportive documentations.
That is a good one Leon20008, but not what I've been looking for.
The computer I'm looking for should be able to output 1360x768 px or more for ≤24" LCDs. I'm not sure such a system exist or not, but what I know is that many people are looking for it! Some company might have produced it or will produce it. So, I'll keep looking for it

With their VGA converter you might be able to connect the MINI2440 to a larger LCD display, but 24"...
