which distros have this feature..

hey guys.. well i have made up my mind.. i decided to move to debian.. for more then 1 reason but the main one is how it automatically gets what the software needs no dependency errors ..

now i have a question.. i have a brother.. who is a super super .. who iam trying to get away from windows and moving to linux..

do u guys have any idea which distros have that feature that debian has and easy to install and learn one enviornment .. any comment would be great.. thanks guys!

(Has urpmi for command line software installation and a gui bit as well)
Other distros have their own versions and there are various versions of these software installation apps available for most main distros.
