What distros are good for this type of computer? (dell pentium 410)
hey, I really haven't been on this forum in quite a while. Anyways I still have one other computer, a dell Pentium 410. its a Pentium 3, I don't know what hard drives i have that are willing to cooperate, but it is pretty much the same computer that came off the shelfs, i guess. anyways Im taking it apart and going to put it in a compact case and give it something that boots up real fast. i was thinking about making it a multimedia platform thing compact so i can carry it around, but i think ill pass on this one. now im thinking about some sort of assistant like somthing that i can put notes on and display stuff, like the time and date, so i need a user friendly distro (REALLY userfriendly, so userfriendly that my mom could use it with ease.....well maybe thats a bit to much to ask for) i just need it small and to be able to move stuff around on it, display stuff, i guess modifiable is the word. So what distros do u recommend?
