what distribution comes with multipath support?

Among this undestructible distributions: ubuntu, debian, slackware (in a extreme case), and so on....

which of them has a precompiled kernel with multipath support? I don't want to have to recompile the kernel once I install that distribution in a linux box to make it a router.
