Hi,

I am looking for a pretty mainstream edition of linux (eg Ubuntu, SUSE) that run kde and fluxbox. Any suggustions?.

Ok, scratch that. I'll find a way to make dual monitors work. I'll install Fluxbox on Kubuntu.

Dual monitors are pretty easy to setup in Ubuntu, I had little trouble.

If you start another thread on this subject, post your xorg.conf.

One of the newer minimalist fluxbox installs is Linux Mint 8 Fluxbox community edition. Another good one is antiX Mepis 8

Can I ask, why NOT openbox? IMO I've found Flux better than Black, but Open better than both. Open might lack the panel that comes with it, but I prefer that, just adding the tint2 bar or fbpanel to autostart on login to an Openbox session.

Also, there are a number of Openbox distros, such as Crunchbang (Based on Ubuntu 9.04)
