the "k" key doesn't work in terminal for a mandrake8.1
 

Hi, this is gonna be stupid, as I am not sure what I changed,
but when I am in the bash shell, the key "k" does not work
at all in the desktop terminals, whereas if I change to the c shell
all is fine!actually, in the bash shell, even trying to copy a
k character with the mouse won't yeld any good!

Funny as it is, any help will be appreciated (this is certainly more
basic then the sound ptoblem of a previous thread:))
