SUSE personal as a server?

I'm setting suse up to run a couple servers, using the 9.1 personal disc.

Problem: it doesn't seem to let me taboo (not install) KDE, Office, and Help/Support. I've tried this different ways but it always comes back up as part of the install.

Anyone know if you just can't do this? I've been doing the GUI install, by the way. Didn't know if I'd have to use pro to do this.

Thanks!
Mike

got it. choosing the 'manual install' option, and tabooing KDE, not installing office or support did the trick. still makes you install some graphical base packages, but oh well.

I'm not sure... But why don't you use the 9.1 Professional edition? I don't even think personal comes with all the right tools for being an efficient server.. The FTP install is really easy, I just set up a 9.1 Pro server this week as a File, Proxy, Firewall server for an small office domain.

If you're concerned about the FTP install, than run over to Best Buy or CompUSA and pick it up for $90
