Question Suse 8 kernel .config

Need some info on the .config that is present by default in the Suse 8 kernel( 2.4.18.Suse) sources.

Does this .config here reflect the actual binary kernel installed during the Suse installation ? I have the 2.4.18-4GB kernel installed by default.

In other words from the default .config here can I know what all has been built into the kernel ? Modules can be found out from /lib/modules/...... but all the things that have been built into the kernel is the issue.

Thanks,
Manas

NB: This is the kernel is installed by default
# uname -a
Linux gx110-12 2.4.18-4GB #1 Wed Mar 27 13:57:05 UTC 2002 i686 unknown
