Slax changes my USB icon

When I put Slax on my flash drive, it changed the icon (when viewed in Windows) to a clover. I was just wondering how I could change this icon to something else, without having Slax on my flash drive?

I just thought it was cool that Slax changed it and thought it would be even better if I changed to something else.
