Slackware Mirror?
Has anyone else been able to find a Slackware mirror? No more sourceforge. ftp.slackware.com is as slow as dirt as many of you may or may not notice. (DSL #@@#$!!!!) Anywho, I haven't been able to find a list or anything. The only site worth going to is the new www.linuxpackages.net ex www.linuxmafia, BUT they lack alot of the slack-current items I wish to download and I don't always want a darn binary. So here I am on my 56k modem hoping for the magically hidden ftp site that I want. =) lol Thanks all...

Look no further Taz-maniac, although you may be on the wrong side of the continent, this one is pretty swift:
ftp://ftp-linux.cc.gatech.edu/pub/slackware/
Okay, its fast for me because its about 150 yards from where I'm sitting now, but its a solid mirror... covers just about every distro too if you go up one directory.
Cheers,
Finegan
P.S. Not to be cheeky, but here's the big list of mirrors from SLack's site.

You know, I don't know exactly why I had to be such a dumba** and miss that quite comprehensive list. I appreciate your tact and not throwing it back at me Finegan. =) Yikes...That was just a plain ol' come and flame me post. LOL Sorry...And thank you for the suggestion and links. :dumb-look-face:
