Server-in-a-box distros

I'm currently looking at server in a box distros, and I wanderd if anyone has a list. So far I only know of Ebox and nexedi DSL but I think thats vaporware.

I know that the new Ubuntu server has an option that says "Create LAMP Installation"

Fedora Core 5 also gives you a type of system to setup. IE laptop, server, workstation, custom.
