School district moving towards Linux


Guys
I run a school district network I have been using linux at home now completely for the past year suse 9.0 and 9.1 i run suse on my laptop .
AT work we have a windows 2000 active directory network we have one redhat server ,
we have windows 2000 and xp clients i want to start moving some servers over to linux I would like to move 20-30 desktops over to linux in august . Important applications we run ,
1. websense content filter [ has linux version]
2 client access for as400 [ i need a linux version]
3. print server currently w2k I would like to make linux

I need my clients to logon to their domain accounts and the users to get their home drive which is on a windows server .

ANY ADVISE ON THE SCENARIO? I would appreciate any help

Try checking out this thread http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...321#post972321 It might help with getting Suse 9 to be able to log into a windows domain. 9.1 should be able to do this also.
