RS/6000 F50 with slackware
Hi, here in my university we have a IBM RS/6000 F50 server. well last year they installed debian on it, and I want to install slackware but fisrt thing is that I don't know nothing about that piece (but I'm looking for) and second I don't unsderstand very well that server. It is very diferent from pcs! Any help will be apreciate! And if there is something that I should post here please tell me!

what architecture is it? an x86 or S/390 is supported. If it is one of those, it is just like installing on a pc, except you install more daemons and leave out applications and X.

Im not sure but I think someones call power pc. I'll find. If it's not supported will I need to use debian?
