Question RH 8.0 Networking problems 3com dsl

I cannot seem to find a driver for my 3com adsl modem.

3cp3617

This is the product ID. I have just about given up on this internal modem. When it comes to linux. If anyone has a known good substitute driver, it would be greatly appreciated.
